What is Witnessgear?
Witnessgear is a Christian apparel brand creating faith-inspired clothing designed to encourage, uplift, and share the message of Jesus Christ. Our mission is simple: gear for the great commission.

Products & Sizing

What type of apparel do you sell?
We are currently only offering t-shirts and long sleeves but have plans to expand into hoodies, crewnecks, hats, and other fun apparel plus merchandise — all featuring Christian messages, verses, and uplifting designs.

How do your shirts fit?
Most products are true to size with a modern, comfortable fit.

Where are your products made?
We are proud to use products that are made and produced in the USA. 

Do you offer plus sizes?
Yes! We aim to carry sizes S–2XL on most items. (2XL products do include a small surcharge for the size). Select items may vary depending on availability. Please inquire if you need a size that we do not list on our website.

What materials are the shirts made from?
Our apparel is primarily high-quality cotton or cotton-poly blends for comfort, durability, and softness.

Ordering

How do I place an order?
Simply select your item, choose your size and color, and click “Add to Cart.” Checkout is fast, secure, and simple.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet begun processing, we can adjust or cancel it. Contact us ASAP at sales@witnessgear.com.

Do you offer discounts or promo codes?
Yes! We do offer discounts when bundling different products and free shipping when you spend over $75.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the Continental United States.

How long does shipping usually take?

• Processing time: 2–5 business days

• Delivery time: 3–7 business days (U.S.)
  Shipping times may vary during busy seasons or special drops.

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size. Free shipping offers may apply during promotions.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes — we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us at sales@witnessgear.com with your order number and photos. We’ll fix it right away.

Designs & Printing

How are your designs created?
All designs are created by our Witnessgear creative team with a focus on Scripture, encouragement, and bold Christian witness.

Will the print fade?
At Witness Gear, we believe your apparel should look just as bold and long-lasting as your faith. That’s why we use premium, high-quality DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers for all of our products. To keep them looking fresh, wash inside-out on cold and tumble dry low.

Can I request a custom design?
Yes! Email us your idea — we offer custom designs for churches, ministries, youth groups, and events (minimum order may apply).

Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes! If you need shirts for a church, youth group, event, or fundraiser, we provide discounted bulk pricing. Please email us at sales@witnessgear.com for more information.
